We are a place where board and elderly care services are provided in the comfort of residential home and feels more like a home than an institution. a place where elderly people feel comfortable and cared for, as if they are with their own family and conveniently located in South Bend, Indiana.

We work with healthcare professionals and families challenged with caring for higher-needs elderly people who struggle to live alone and unable to comply with their prescribed plan-of-care and who lack adequate family or support.

We accommodates an “Aging in Place” philosophy and in most cases cares for residents to the end of their lives, providing a warm and dignified alternative to nursing home care.

Our Home is a 5-bedroom house modified with safety features and staffed with compassionate caregivers available 24 hours to provide non-medical assistance to the residents

Our home provides services to individuals who require assistance with everyday activities such as meals, medication reminder, bathing, dressing and transportation or they may need help with mobility, incontinence or other challenges.

We offer a high ratio of staff to residents. In large facilities, the ratio can be as high as 1 to 30. Our typical ratio of caregivers to residents is 1 to 4, which means more personal care per resident.
